Service

WEXSoft provides accounting management tools for business records, transactions and reports. Access is subject to authorization by the relevant business administrator.

Business records

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for complying with applicable accounting, tax and recordkeeping obligations. WEXSoft does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.

Google Drive backups

Connecting Google Drive is optional. Authorized administrators may create encrypted backups in their connected Drive. Backup operations depend on service availability, Google authorization and available storage. Customers should maintain independent backups and periodically verify recoverability. A backup upload alone does not guarantee full recovery.

Acceptable use

Users must protect their login credentials, use the service only with proper authorization and avoid attempts to access other companies' data.

Availability and changes

Features and availability may change as the service develops. Maintenance, outages or third-party failures may temporarily affect access.
