WEXSoft

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

WEXSoft provides accounting management software to businesses. This policy describes how the software handles business and Google Drive backup information.

Information processed

We process account login details, company information, accounting records, transaction entries and related reports needed to provide the service. If a company administrator connects Google Drive, we process Google authorization credentials and the account connection information needed to perform requested backups.

Google Drive access

WEXSoft requests the Google Drive file access permission (drive.file) to create and access backup files that the application creates or that you authorize it to use. The application uploads encrypted company backup files to the connected Google Drive and may download those files for verification or authorized recovery testing. We do not use Google Drive data for advertising or sell it.

Security and storage

Accounting information is held in the service database. Backup files are encrypted before upload to Google Drive. Access to backup operations is restricted to authorized company administrators. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and retention

Information is processed through service infrastructure, including Supabase for application data and Google Drive for connected backup storage. Data may remain in those systems according to their settings and retention practices. Disconnecting Google access does not automatically delete files already stored in Drive.

Your choices

You can revoke WEXSoft's Google access at Google Account connections. Contact the service administrator to request help with access or deletion of company data, subject to business and legal requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.
